I ordered a blue sapphire tungsten ring from Majestic Forge to gift a loved one at Christmas. Unfortunately, due to no fault of their own, there were delivery issues to Australia, so I cancelled the order since it would not arrive at the promised time before Christmas day. The response was so positive and supportive, I was immediately given an apology about the delay and a full refund. Approximately 3 weeks later, to my surprise, the ring arrived at our place. It is absolutely beautiful, particularly the way is sparkles when it catches the light. I let Majestic Forge know that the ring had been delivered to me and could I pay to keep it?! They amazed me by letting me know that I could keep the ring...free of charge! I am so impressed at their generosity, kindness, customer service and, yes of course, the stunning ring. Annie

I'd been looking for this exact sort of band for 2 years! It's almost exactly what I pictured for my fiancee's wedding band! I do wish the sapphires were lighter/chunkier, but that's such a small thing, especially seeing how GORGEOUS this ring is!! 10/10!
