The ring and the customer service are AMAZING! I ordered the wrong size ring and they were extremely helpful in getting it replaced. Fantastic quality too!

I ordered a blue sapphire tungsten ring from Majestic Forge to gift a loved one at Christmas. Unfortunately, due to no fault of their own, there were delivery issues to Australia, so I cancelled the order since it would not arrive at the promised time before Christmas day. The response was so positive and supportive, I was immediately given an apology about the delay and a full refund. Approximately 3 weeks later, to my surprise, the ring arrived at our place. It is absolutely beautiful, particularly the way is sparkles when it catches the light. I let Majestic Forge know that the ring had been delivered to me and could I pay to keep it?!
